ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law

The ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law is a 120-credit qualification designed to deepen learners’ understanding of advanced legal principles and prepare them for progression to the final year of a law degree.

This programme builds on Level 4 knowledge and focuses on complex areas of law, legal reasoning, and application of legal principles in real-world scenarios.

It is aligned with undergraduate Year 2 standards and supports progression into higher education and professional legal pathways.

ATHE Level 4 Diploma in Law (or equivalent)
OR relevant qualifications + work experience (case-by-case)
English requirement:
- IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
